This Privacy Policy describes how we use your personal data in connection with your membership of the Club. By submitting your information to us, you consent to us the using your personal data as set out below.

  • We collect personal data which identifies you or that can be used to identify you. This personal data includes information such as your name, address, telephone number, membership number and payment details. We use your personal data for administering and managing your membership of the HDRCGB, for example to deliver your membership card and Harleyquin magazine.
  • We may contact you for "administration purposes" For example, to provide you with password reminders or notify you about events and member activities of the HDRCGB.
  • We do not allow your information to be disclosed to any other third parties whatsoever.
  • We will only share part or all of your data with the Government authorities if legally required to do so, or if we believe it necessary in connection with an investigation of any activity that is illegal or may expose HDRCGB to any liability.
  • We will ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. However The HDRCGB cannot and does not guarantee that your personal data will be free from unauthorized interception or access and HDRCGB shall not be liable to you for any losses caused by any such unauthorised interception or access.
  • We store your personal details for an indefinite period for archival and historical purposes.

The HDRCGB web site may contain links to other members' sites or third party sites not controlled or monitored by HDRCGB. These sites may independently use cookies stored on your computer to collect data and information about your internet browsing. HDRCGB is not responsible for and does not accept any liability for their actions or the content of their sites.
